Max & Toby Adventures in Minneapolis
This is not in Minneapolis (its the other side of the river), but its a great event! A must GO event!
The Twin Cities have a quietly swingin’ jazz scene, but for the past 14 years it’s had one very unquiet weekend each year: the Twin Cities Jazz Festival, in Mears Park. Delfeayo Marsalis (how many other Marsalises are there that we don’t know about?), Francisco Mela, Luco Chiarla, the Araya Orta Latin Jazz Quartet, and Minnesota’s own Bad Plus are among the artists who will be heard this year from June 28-30.
Anonymous asked: Where can I get great ice cream from in Minneapolis?
Pump House Creamery! Hands Down!
Nicollet Mall on Thursday!
What’s better than Nicollet Mall, Farmers Market and the Mary Tyler Moore statue?
Not too darn much!
Every Thursday in the summer the Minneapolis’ Farmers Market is on Nicollet Mall. Max and I love walking around (well, Max does the walking) and looking at all the yummie veggies and fruit, beautiful wild flowers, and the other cool finds…nuts, homemade soaps, honey, and homemade salsa.
We like to start at 11th & Nicollet Mall zig zagging through the market. Then ending at 7th & Nicollet Mall at the Mary Tyler Moore statue. My mom says Mary Tyler Moore was a TV show when she was younger…that show must be over 100 years old now!
If your looking for some great veggies and fruits…this is the place to be! http://www.mplsfarmersmarket.com/FreshNews/

Riverview Theater
The Riverview is the BEST movie theater in Minneaplis! I like the inside of the theater because its cool. The decorations are from 100 years ago; my mom said its the 1950’s look…yep at least 100 years ago! Toby LOVES the popcorn because they use REAL butter. My mom likes the $2 & $3 ticket price.
Next time you want to see a movie in Minneapolis go to the Riverview…we will meet you there!
